Hi there, Welcome to Poshmark! PM is doing "closet clear out" weekend where they reduce shipping on items when the seller reduces the price by 10% or more. I literally just dropped the price on the midi ring a half hour ago but I didn't see you in the list of people who had "liked" the item so you wouldn't have gotten the notification or reduced shipping offer.
