dawnbsunshine @rmartine1017 oopsie. Good news and bad news. What you went was a broken off part off the necklace that was shortened and not a bracelet. I have the gold one in this style and if I figure out how to send photos I will send. Someone removed about 5 inches from the necklace. 😢. The actual bracelet pieces are much closer together than the necklace I also took pictures of that I have both items in the gold

dawnbsunshine Also and I knew this so for me it totally didn’t matter and still doesn’t but brighton isn’t sterling silver. It’s silver plated. I don’t know how to go about return? Just open one? Since it’s broken and shortened I wouldn’t want. I looked to see if I could add back but one end has broken post that goes back into the bead. So it’s not possible

pinkfunkymonkey hi, just to let you know I shipped your order but for some reason it hasnt updated. I mail all my orders out same day or next morning. So, Im going to Post Office to check on. I have 9 orders I mailed out and all of them are showing pendind scan. This has never happened si Im hoping they can explain tomorrow.

rmartine1017 @pinkfunkymonkey no problem... this happened to me this weekend. I ship same day as well and ran to the post office to hit the 11am drop on Saturday and it didn’t post until Monday- was super disappointed.it happens!
