dianesurine I’ve never had to do a refund. There is no way to do it within Posh. I don’t have your address and you don’t have mine. Not sure how to go about it. I don’t think we want to text that information in a chat. Hmmm. Any ideas?

dianesurine Just talked to a friend who is a very active Posher. It’s best that you just contact customer service and explain your dissatisfaction. They can process the refund for us.

kimenoka Hi there, Thanks for purchasing The SaK Bag. As I was packing it I noticed some of the threading from the top of the bag that attaches to the beading was coming away.
