hlws75 Was granted a return for a jacket I purchased from you that was damaged. Received a return lable to send it back,& used that lable to send back a week ago. CS at Posh mark has yet to refund me. Saying something about it not arriving, going somewhere else or an issue with the tracking. Please do what you can to get to the bottom of this return. Again, I mailed the jacket back using the one and ONLY return lable I was sent by Poshmark.

raquelesolis @hlws75 I'm so sorry! So I moved recently and the return label had my old address. I contacted the post office so the package is on its way back to you and poshmark said you can print out a new return label and send it to me and it'll release your funds.

hlws75 @raquelesolis I see! They were NOT explaining that to me at all. They finally JUST said it was being re routed to you, not me. I guess we'll see where it goes. I go out of town next week. Hope it goes to you. Why wouldn't it be forwarded to your new address though?
