chloe15108 I am really sorry that I had to cancel your order. I got a spot on it while packing it (something sticky I missed my table) I tried to spot clean it, but When it dried, the water left a mark, even though the sticky was gone. I let it sit for a day in hopes that it would dry and be back to normal but it did not.

rebekkitty @4umatthew Hey there! I can't really comment on branching out into boutique - it's not a direction I personally want to go in. I HAVE heard that if you want to do boutique, do NOT use Poshmark's boutique portal or whatever it is called where you buy your boutique inventory through them. There are other places out there where you can buy higher-quality wholesale inventory. Hop on that Facebook group and search on "boutique" and you will find some info! :)

rebekkitty @4umatthew Sorry I missed your message last night! I haven't had recent problems but have had some over the last few months. Just remember items shipped by Priority Mail via Poshmark are tracked and insured. You can call the post office and give the tracking number and inquire but your item will likely be delivered ok despite delays. Same thing happened with a pricey St. John skirt I sold and I was sweating it too!

rebekkitty @4umatthew Anyway, my item was delivered fine, just a couple days late. I do feel the postal service has been wonky lately and I suspect it will get worse as the holidays kick into gear. Just remember that IF something happens to a package, both you AND the buyer are covered. You will get paid, the buyer gets refunded, and the postal service covers the cost (with Poshmark handling that end of things, of course). Try not to worry!

rebekkitty @4umatthew If you still have the email when Poshmark emailed you the shipping label you can download it again and get the tracking number that way. But if it says "pending USPS scan" it's not even in their system yet. Did you take it to a post office or drop it in a mailbox or what? Once I took something to the post office here but they didn't scan it before shipping. They DID scan it in when they delivered it though!

rebekkitty @4umatthew One thing I noticed when I got the FP jeans you sent me is that you covered the bar code with shipping tape. That's a no-no bc they can't scan the bar code then and have to enter the numbers in manually. And sometimes they are lazy and just don't!

I just started doing this in honor of my friend Matthew who recently lost the battle of addiction ...and I suffer from depression and other issues and thought this would help me get out of me. I have days when I do not even pick up my phone and ignore the world. I am going through a retched separation and just feel so heavy all the time. So I can relate Sista...why I wrote what I did on card!

jill_osborne @rebekkitty Hey Rebecca! I got the boots today,& they fit great. The silver ankle buckle on the L, opens up a bit too easy. Probably bc my ankles fill em out , more than yours did. I’m planning to only use the back zipper for on & off. Hopefully that’ll keep the hinge from getting looser. They’re so cute & 90’s looking. Which I love! Thank you

rebekkitty @jill_osborne Hi, Jill! I'm so glad they fit and that you love them! I never actually wore them, which is probably why I didn't notice any issue with one of the buckles. I wonder if anything can be done to tighten it up? There aren't any tiny screws to tighten, are there? Or maybe if you know you will always have it adjusted the same way, maybe a dab of strong glue (like Loctite) to ensure it stays in place? I'll look at the photos and if I have any other ideas I'll let you know!

meepiesfinds @rebekkitty the ankles are approx 10” I totally understand your thoughts I know that I have purchased straight leg pants that are skinny pants on me because my legs are on the bigger side. They are not super skinny where you can’t sit down pants but I think it depends on your leg size.
