jodeelemm Will you please get in touch with me regarding the boots I just purchased. They are completely split open on the bottoms( both). It certainly did not say that in the listing. I would appreciate a refund.

remyleemoly @jodeelemm I’m sorry that’s impossible. I completely checked them when I sent them. You loved them when you received them. They have been used once and are expensive boots. You have had them for 5 days now. I have had many boots from this brand and that has never happened. I’m sorry but I just don’t believe that.

jodeelemm @remyleemoly I received the boots yesterday. I have not had them for 5 days. Also I have a pair of these boots on right now. I love them but they are just about worn out. That is why I purchased yours. Do you really think that I ripped them apart after I opened them.

jodeelemm I gave you a perfect rating because I opened the box and they looked great. It was when I went to wear them this morning that I saw the splits on both of them. There is even a sticky thing inside one of them as if someone tried to fix it.

remyleemoly @jodeelemm that’s simply not true. I have worn them twice. I’m not saying you are lying but I’m also not lying. I have never fixed them they have never been broken. I actually tried them on before I sent them to see if I was ready to get rid of them. They are in perfect condition.

jodeelemm @remyleemoly I am actually really shocked at how bad they look. If you looked at them and tried them on before you sent them, then that would mean that it happened during transit. I can’t even have them fixed. They are that bad. I seriously don’t know what to do. You don’t look like someone who would push these off on someone in this condition.

remyleemoly @jodeelemm I’m not. That’s why I am so shocked that you are saying this. It’s impossible. You will have to take this up with the customer service and can show them our convo. I have sold quite a few things and never had a problem. I would never sell something that I wouldn’t want. I promise you that. I’m happy to talk to customer service as well as the seller. These boots were in incredible condition when I sent them

jodeelemm @remyleemoly I have taken it up with customer service. I actually just went back and looked at your photos and you can totally see where the boots are split apart. Interesting how you posed them just enough to make them look perfect!

delishirony Hi Remylee! Thanks for putting in the order for the bridesmaid dress! I just wanted to make sure you knew the length on the dress before I ship the dress.
