rethaalexander @doublesouthern I was sitting in the cockpit of the first AC 130, called the First Lady, at the Air Force Armament Museum outside Eglin AFB in Florida. The plane was used in WWII as a bomber and later changed to a Gunner. It still has all the artillery in it. It was my first date with the director of the museum last year. Very sweet man.

rethaalexander @janinefollis The tag says its a size 10? If that’s the case I need to check the sizes on the other dresses to make sure I put them down right in here as I may have gotten two dress sizes crossed. So it didn’t fit at all?

rethaalexander @janinefollis And no, it’s the only dress I have in that style so it would mean I possibly got the sizes of two dresses mixed up. I had them written on a piece of paper so I could put several on here at once. I’m sorry if that’s the case and it doesn’t fit. Not intentional at all. 😕

janinefollis @rethaalexander, no it didn’t, when I received the box it was broke open/smashed on two diff. sides. I took pictures of the box before I actually opened it. The dress was ok. But it did have a couple tacked spots in the gathered waist that the thread was undone and there was a pin in the breast area (still there) like It was maybe going to be altered? I took pictures. When I took it out of the plastic it looked pretty narrow. Didn’t even attempt to try to zip it.

janinefollis That’s when I looked at the tag and it said size 10. Then I went back to your post to make sure I was correct on the size that you posted and it said size 12.

rethaalexander @janinefollis I am so sorry. And that dress has never been purchased so it wouldn’t have had a pin to be altered. I don’t know as I never saw a pin in it before. I have actually found pins in dresses that have came straight from the manufacturer before where they missed taking one or two out after assembly. I never noticed one in that one. I don’t know.

janinefollis Hi Retha, yes I did figure it out, now I apparently have to wait and hear, then get a return slip. That would be great if you have other dresses you going to post. I will definitely check it out. I also was looking at a dress that is shorter in length in front and has a longer train in back. If you have anything like that I could look at also?
