pa_pharm_girl Hi Rhea. I shipped the TUMI backpack days ago and it’s still saying that it’s awaiting USPS scan. I am so sorry. I reported the problem, but am not sure what else I can do! I will stop by the post office where it was mailed today and see what I can do. I apologize for the delay and am just sick that it appears to be lost in transit at he moment. I’ll circle back when I know more .

pa_pharm_girl @yangmadz Hi Rhea. Spoke with USPS supervisor yesterday. There was a problem with the label, so it could not be scanned. They assure me the the package WILL get to you, but “old-school” style, based on address and zip code. Would you please let me know when you receive it so that we can release the funds? In the off chance that it gets back to me first, I’ll cancel and you can re-purchase if you still want it! So sorry for this mix-up! I apologize and fully trust your honesty! 🙃

pa_pharm_girl @yangmadz hi! So USPS did an investigation and said although the package was not able to be scanned, it was tracked and delivered using zip code and delivery was confirmed. Would you kindly confirm that you’ve received it so that they can close the investigation? Thanks so much, and sorry for the delay, but happy to hear they finally located it!!! 😀

yangmadz @heidi_kay hello I am sorry to inform you that it is not in my mail, or in my front or side door. Let them investigate because the package is not here and never arrived. I know this is frustrating on both of our ends but I am honestly letting you know as a buyer and a seller as well.
