rmadere @stephanneee oh, i was wondering. And no one is saying anything to me either. I have emailed them like 5 times. My posh friends have said usually they are really quick with this stuff. I feel terrible that this has happened. I actually held back a delivery until today that was sold on Friday bc i am nervous on how they will handle this.

stephanneee @rmadere I did and luckily since the product had the cellophane bag, I was able to wipe it down and remove the product without it being effected. It appears to have kept the product protected. I still don’t know what the substance was that got on there. I’m sorry this happened. Truly unfortunate for both of us.
