ramindy @biqing6 I just put that tracking number into USPS and it pulls up the tracking info. If they live in an apartment complex have them check with the office to see if the package was delivered there. Otherwise I would say reach out to Poshmark support and see what they are able to do. Since they closed the sale on my end, I don’t have any way of do anything, as all of the support buttons are gone for this transaction.
