@rebekahm82 Hi! I've got a question: a buyer made an offer earlier today which I accepted. He then came back and asked me to cancel the order. When I go to do it, there's no option for "buyer changed their mind." I don't mind helping him out since I haven't shipped it yet, but I don't want to ding my account either. What should I do? Thanks!

@thetitansfan Hi Robert! I completely understand. The buyer also has the option to cancel the order on their end. Kindly ask them to cancel the order. This way it will not affect your account. ♡♡♡

@thetitansfan If it says in your messages that he changed his mind, It’s in Posh’s record and the transaction is not your fault. You didn’t ship it so you didn’t lose anything but the sale and transaction.

I thought about it too and they should cancel the transaction on their side since they changed their mind. You might want to message them if you feel the need? To have them kindly cancel the transaction.
