Hi,
I received the shoes ( birkenstocks ); they are size 11, but I can't understand why they are small and can't fit.
They are very nice but I can't even force my feet into them.I compared them to other birkenstock shoes I have and the specifications are the same.
Please advice, and let me know how I can return them.
Thank you.

@kamaram Hi. That’s strange. Sorry to hear that. I just researched how returns work and you will need to make the request through Poshmark within 3 days of receipt. If approved, they will issue a return label and refund your money.

Hi Robin,
I contacted poshmark when I received the shoes and explained my situation- the shoes are perfect, but they are small. They don't want to resolve the situation.
Can I have them reposted, and get a refund when they are sold?
Thank you.

@kamaram I just heard back from Poshmark yesterday, and this is some of what they said: Please note, a buyer may open a formal case with us to receive a refund only if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listing meaning we only accept returns based on the listing being misrepresented. Furthermore, a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item

So, because I only received $44 after Poshmark's fees, if I was to give you a refund it would only be for that much and you'd have to pay for return shipping. Because the shoes are brand-new, I would suggest re-listing them yourself as you will recoup more of what you spent. Let me know. Sorry!

Hi Robin,
Thank you for getting back to me;it might not be your fault that the shoes didn't fit, and it's not my fault either that a size 11 has turned out to be a size 9 1/2 or 10.
I intend to pursue the issue with the Birkenstock agents in the US, and later on, the parent company in Germany.
Thank you.
