Hi Everyone! I have closets & tubs full of Tea Collection, Naartjie, Matilda Jane, Gymboree, Justice, Boutique dresses & outfits plus tons of shoes that need new homes! I have a child with sensory processing so some items might have tags removed, this will be included in the description.
Our home is smoke free and cat friendly, everything washed in All Free Clear & dried on low or hung to dry.

@jflora5 my husband just brought the mail in, unfortunately the end of the box that wasn't taped/sealed became folded in completely and the box is empty.

@cheermom1610 hi, I contacted poshmark and I received an email from them this morning. They asked me to have you (the buyer) contact them so they can get more info. When you go to your purchases and underneath it will say pending acceptance you should be able to email them. Please let me know when you do! Again I apologize for everything.

@jflora5 I have emailed them twice, once the day it arrived and again last night, and still no response. I'm frustrated because my timeframe to accept is running out and their system will auto accept if nothing is done.

@cheermom1610 I understand, it has already auto accepted it but I am leaving the funds alone for poshmark to issue the return to you. I just got there email this morning and I did the same as you, emailed them when you messaged me and emailed them again on Saturday. I will send them another email. I apologize, I will do what I can do on my end to get this sorted out. I had to send poshmark the order number.

@cheermom1610 I just sent poshmark another email. I am hoping to hear back from soon. Were you able to attach the pictures you took along with the email you sent?

@jflora5 there is no option to attach pictures to the "report a problem" email and since Poshmark has yet to respond to me, I can't submit the pictures. Definitely a horrible experience on my end, I don't understand why they are choosing to ignore the buyer.

@cheermom1610 I am so sorry ... I know it’s frustrating. I made sure the box was secured before I shipped it, I have no control over how the postal service handles it in transit. I feel so bad that you have to go through all this, great customer service is one thing that I strive for when ppl purchase from me. I took a screen shoot of the order, and when I went in to view your order i went to problem with delivery and then contact poshmark.

@cheermom1610 they respond by email. They just emailed me back and on the email it says for me to have the buyer contact poshmark. Which on my email I already explained that you did.
