Hi rosemary... I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the boots... if you look in the booklet it will tell you how to care for them... they are natural rubber so they do cloud.. I oiled them so that’s why in the picture they look different... also you can google how to get the cloudiness out of Burberry boots and there are many good tips.. enjoy!!

I was getting the Dior eyeshadow ready to ship and noticed there are 2 chips at the back of the blue/pink/white palette. It doesn’t close properly or stay closed. The shadow itself is in good shape.
