If an order is accidentally marked received and it has not yet shipped, please allow 7 days from the date of purchase for the seller to ship your order. If your order has not shipped by the 7th day from the date you purchased the item, contact Poshmark Support. We suggest reviewing all orders prior to releasing the seller's earnings as once funds are released to the seller we are unable to reverse this action.
