marilyn666 Hi I m so sorry seems I had a shipping issue today . I hadn’t noticed the sale before I was making a shipping label for something else and I think I made a mistake and put the wrong label on your shoes 😭. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience . I m not sure how to go about it . I’ll do what ever I can to make it right .

rossdonnell @marilyn666 if the package has already gone out, you can get the post office to return to sender, if the package has not been delivered. I think you're good on that. Just let them know you put the wrong label on the package.
