reveparisien @marialoveslilly Hi Maria, I just received the bag today . Thank you for the lovely note and drawing from your kids! However, I’m sorry to report that I found 2 spots on the bag where the leather finish were scratched off. One is at the bottom of bag ( like it was cleaned with a chemical ) and one is on the front of the bag and there’s also a slight pen mark through this one. I was surprised and slightly disappointed since there were no mention of these defects in your description .

reveparisien @marialoveslilly I wish you had disclosed the defects in ur description. I made the offer in good faith. The 2 spots looked like someone had tried to remove the pen mark with a cleaner and strip the surface of the leather. Most people would not buy a bag with these defects for $300 ( my cost with tax and shipping ) if the defects were disclosed to them, so you shouldn’t get too disappointed. For me, I will always be conscious of those spots whenever I use the bag.

My aim is to have good transactions and have sold a lot on here it was not my intention and missed seeing what you are saying. Did you want to ask for a refund from Poshmark and send it back to me Exactly as shipped? As long as it is exactly as shipped as I am also going In good faith here.

reveparisien @marialoveslilly Too much hassle to go out during the lockdown and mail it back and run the risk of it being lost or damaged. I’ll just keep the bag. You could compensate me something for the undisclosed defects as a good gesture though.

I have pulled up your original shipping address and can send a check for $24.74.There is no way to issue a partial refund on here and I do have your address to send a check which is good. I do need you to receive the item through poshmark before I can do that though. :)

reveparisien @marialoveslilly But Poshmark email told me not to mark received until thing gets resolved. Please contact them to see how to issue a partial refund on the site instead of sending me a check .

marialoveslilly @reveparisien I am unable to issue a partial refund for payment that has not been released respectfully. I will email them but there is no way to do that that I know of.

reveparisien @marialoveslilly Do you have the contact info for support? I replied to their email with questions and nobody replied. There’s no option on that email to cancel the case, only to confirm and I have not done that . I know you want to get paid but I’m not sure how to close the case.

marialoveslilly @reveparisien good morning if you go click under your purchase click on it to go into the details at the very bottom and I’ll see a problem with order if you click on that it’ll say contact support I would email them there :-) and let them know that you would like to accept the order and you’ve been trying to but it won’t let you.
