ariesmoon83 Hi lady! So unfortunately the boots are super huge. I can't make them work. I measured the inside and they're almost 10.5 and the outer length is almost 11. My foot is 8.5" long. Any way I can send these back and trade for another item of equal value? Will go through this app but promise to buy another item from you. I have until tomorrow for Posh to send me a shipping label so I can get these back to you.

crystal_pine By far the worst seller I’ve encountered that is actually active on the app. Almost two months of trying to purchase stuff, waiting 2 weeks for something’s that I purchased and never shipped, was blocked, unblocked and never responded to when asked about my late purchase. Still waiting for a response from someone who claimed to be a fast shipper. At least respond so people know what to expect and aren’t left waiting forever. Please work on your customer service.

stharp637 @crystal_pine I had no way to respond to you once PM put a block on my account. I did not block you or even unblock you-they did that. It was my intention to cancel the purchase when I couldn’t find the item after moving. Did that not happen? I apologize for your frustrations.
