@maggiemazur hi!! Aww thank you for reaching out! There is an issue with the watch's movement per the watchmaker so I am getting a quote as to the cost. I know you kept it stored properly, must be due to the age of the watch. It's taking a while, but I was told they order parts from Cartier.
