@salli109 Hi. Usually when a buyer gives you anything less than 5 stars, they tell you the reason for doing so. Sometimes it’s a mistake. Personally, I would let it go since you’re just starting out. Make sure you reveal/photograph any flaws in your items, provide a good description and if you’re not sure of the color, don’t list it. Good luck. It gets easier.
