I was sent the photos by my sister, listed it for her and was told it was like new. seeing as this worked in the past I trusted her, I would've gladly accepted a return. I'm mortified. and will be sending you an ACTUALLY like new item, free of charge in the same size, for this horrible experience. it's a tough lesson for me and you wasted your hard-earned money. samanthabeb @wheeldeals That’s okay I understand. I’m a busy mom of 3 so I don’t do returns ever. I shop on here a lot actually and feel bad about the bad review because I’ve never left a bad review but usually the description and photos on here line up to be pretty spot on but in the photos of the jacket you wouldn’t have been able to tell. Only in person do you start noticing the flaws so I totally understand it was a mistake. I appreciate you acknowledging it and offering to fix it. Thank you.
