kathryn34715 Sara. I realized yesterday I shipped you the wrong sandals. I notified Posh by email yesterday and they emailed me today that you should open a case when you receive them. I am so sorry and will do whatever needed to make this right. Again so am so sorry. Kat

kathryn34715 @saramaya94 I don’t know what the process is really. This is the first time I have ever done this and I am so sorry. You might be able to go to the sale right now and open the “wrong item received” now. I’m not sure. I feel terrible that this is delaying you getting your Tevas.

saramaya94 @kathryn34715 I have to wait to receive them to select wrong item sent and then submit photos. I’m sure once that is done they will provide a new label. They reached out to me to let me know how to handle it upon receiving.
