Hi, good morning. I did get your tracking # but it indicated that it had not shipped yet and the automatic tracking that is provided by PM also showed the same, not yet shipped. I don’t know if you used the label sent by PM which automatically tracks, I paid for expedited 1-3 day shipping and on the 9th day or maybe the 7th day PM allows you to cancel based on not showing shipped. I would recommend following up with your shipping service and/or PM.

@marlabeth Hi, so I just received the box, I’m not sure exactly what to do at this point. I have reached out to PM and I am awaiting a response. It looks like I have the option to accept it at this point but I am not able to cancel the other order I placed when I cancelled your order. What a mess. I will keep you posted.
