itssovintage I am sorry you feel the hat you bought was shrunk. As you can see in the pictures it has defined lines of knit, if it had been felted (shrunk) you would not see individual knit lines. The hat was in perfect condition when I shipped it, if you had concerns about sizes I wish you would have asked for clarification or measurements. It is not fair to give sellers bad comments and ratings claiming it was a dishonest sell when you asked for no clarification,
