[1/2] Hi there, just wanted to give you an update on your order. I'm dropping it off at the post office this morning at 10am Central. I'm SO sorry its getting sent this late. Essentially, I got your order but couldn't find the Volumizing Tonic ANYWHERE in my house. The next day I got extremely sick & was nearly unconscious for a few days, by the time I was well I - to be 100% honest - had completely forgotten about it.

[2/3] When I returned to Poshmark I didn't even see your unfulfilled order, as it was so far down (bc you had ordered so long ago 😞☹️). Once I finally realized it, I still didn't have the darn Volumizing Tonic! So I went to go buy it. The 2 Aveda stores by me are sold out of the 3.4 oz, so I went ahead & bought 3 of the 1.4 oz bottles and am sending those. You actually end up getting 4.2oz of product instead of 3.4, which is 23% more! I also included some free gifts in the pack.
