armstrongmary Hi Sarah, I intended to take a photo of the fabric content on the silk pajamas in my closet but when I looked for the tag there was none. I’m sorry. I am 99% sure they are silk but I guess you’d like to have proof. At any rate, they are beautiful, unique and hard to find.The details and tailoring are remarkable. All the best, Mary
