sarahbrianne386 @fashion_scrilla i see that the automatic payment that went through does not have my most updated shipping address. How can I correct the address?

fashion_scrilla @sarahbrianne386 Hello beauty, we are sorry to hear this, your order has already been shipped out, you would need to contact poshmark by email to see what they can do, unfortunately, due to poshmark automatically creating pre-paid shipping labels at the time of purchase, we can only print labels, we cannot change them or do anything once shipped.

fashion_scrilla @sarahbrianne386 Poshmark can and should be able to contact USPS to have the package re-directed to your correct and current address. Simply email them and they should help within just a few hours dear. Don’t worry, this has happened to some people before and poshmark knows what to do to help ☺️

fashion_scrilla @sarahbrianne386 To get the quickest email response from poshmark, you will want to do the following: * Go into your poshmark menu settings * Scroll down until you see “purchases” select this option * At the next sub menu scroll until you see “problems with order” select this option

fashion_scrilla @sarahbrianne386 * Then a form should appear where you fill it out and be sure to tell them that the order was already shipped out and that you didn’t update your address prior to notifying us, and prior to placing your order. Poshmark will take care of you to make sure you receive your order 💜

We will keep an eye on everything, please let us know if and when poshmark replies to your email. We wish we had more in our power to personally assist you, it is unfortunate that poshmark doesn’t grant us access to re-directing shipments or any way we can assist with situations like this.
