shopevermoreus Hi Sarah. I’m sincerely sorry you were unhappy with the shoes. I did not notice any lifting of the sole at all and would never deliberately leave it out of the description or photograph an item to hide flaws or enhance its condition. Transparency is always my goal. I’m honestly very sorry i missed the flaw and that the order didn’t meet your expectations. I would love to make it up to you if I can 💕.
