robinshane Hi Sarah- I wanted to let you know that I dropped off your package (ceramic mushroom bread box) at the post office early this week and it is not tracking. robinshane @sarahirene93 I’m so sorry. I had a feeling when it took so long to start tracking that they dropped it. In my experience PM will refund you. It doesn’t give me an option to do so. I know you really liked that piece. I had the entire set and the smaller pieces sold very quickly. Again, sincerest apologies- and I will follow the ticket that you submitted. Destani

sarahirene93 @robinshane I'm not entirely sure if I did that correctly! I sent a separate email to them, and followed up with the post office clerk here in my tiny town. I took pictures to show that there were several layers of bubble wrap and many fragile stickers all over the box. I didn't want to try and "return" it for a refund from you, it wasn't your fault. I can't find any more of those for sale anywhere, they weren't mass produced.
