dna17 I apologize if you didn't like the way i packaged it. I don't know if it got damaged during transit but i wrapped it in New tissue paper with ribbon and a card. Did it get damaged?😢 and my mother was going through her last week of radiation for breast cancer, so i was responding as fast as i could. Thanks for 4 stars even though you think i can improve. I'm sorry if i inconvenienced you in any way. As in the card, you're welcome to take 20% off a future purchase.

shabi707 @dna17 thanks you so much for well package the item but if really wanted to comment you should comment under your listing not my profile. The sweater had lots of pet hairs which probably normal for you but I’m so allergic to that. It also had some kind of smell on left arm but I still accept the item with no problem mentioned. I also mentioned that item is well packed & quick response seller but I don’t what’s with this all sad comment for?? Thanks

dna17 @shabi707 i couldn't comment there because you didn't make a bundle. On my rating you said that's where i needed to improve and i was disappointed that i didn't meet your expectations. That dress was not mine, i never wore it, it was from my mother in law so i sincerely apologize for the mistake and for your allergy. I'll triple check each item that didn't directly belong to me. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
