@ivyboo98 hi doll I’m still working on you. I found a couple things I’m trying to research the fiber now to make sure that it’s good quality. And then once I have that situated I can then post the designs. It takes just a little bit of time for the hand made Beauties for me to research fibers colors, basically once I create the design and then have the designer to approve that they’ll design it for me.👍

@ivyboo98 And what they normally do is they create a prototype and that’s what you see on the stock card. However I think with yours I'm going to order two one for you and one for me to post so people can see how it actually looks outside of the stock card. 🎉🎉🎉.

@ivyboo98 O no I’m so sorry I thought we said that the second one was going to be made with bangs. This actual design is custom to free part middle part. No bangs and I thought we are working on a new design straight with bangs and also one wavy with bangs these are the two that I have submitted designs for that we discussed the other day. I’m sorry if there was any miscommunication.❗️

I thought it was a little odd that you had purchased this one after we had discussed that you would like to have some other designs as well however I thought that you were going to go ahead and give this one a shot so I went on and I placed your order after you initially ordered.

If I had known I would’ve gotten your permission to cut your bangs for you before it left the studio. Are you comfortable with cutting your bangs. If not I can absolutely do it for you with no problem.

@ivyboo98 I have to admit that would be on me because I should’ve questioned you about your purchase before I submitted your request to have the item made for this item only comes as a free part in as a middle part you are correct I normally do not question my customers however in this case I should have because we did talk about how you did not like your forehead to be out I just thought you were going to try something different after I saw the purchase come through that’s what happened.

@ivyboo98 they do not allow us to exchange return or refund however I will most definitely credit you towards any other purchase that you make that is for sure. For we sell brand new and not resale so once they leave the studio they’re considered resale not brand new..

@ivyboo98 and I truly understand because I am very picky about my beauties as well however with the synthetic hair in the different colors it’s hard to make sure you get the most natural look the darker colors in the colors that are not ombré are much easier however I think that I have found some AWESOME fiber that is MORE like human hair I just need to get a prototype made and go from there I’m pretty excited about it. Darker colors are much easier thenLighter colors I have noticed.

@ivyboo98 What I really like about these particular Beauties is the fiber last longer than most without being a human blend as long as you wash and take care of them you can get 6 too maybe eight months of constant wear which is really good for a plain Synthetic wig which is long.
