I purchased your orange New Balance shoes 7 days ago, sent you a message and I've not heard back from you, which is why I'm trying to reach you now via your "meet the posher" page. Please advise when/if you anticipate shipping my order. I see you were active after I sent my message so I assume you read it??? I understand that life happens, but as a first time buyer, the lack of communication is really off-putting.
