ksernio I’m sorry but I had to report the item I just received from you which was the Rae Dunn Soap Dispenser. It is absolutely filthy never mind the fact it is still filled with soap i had to soak it in hot water. It says perfect condition there’s scratches all over it all over the pump the pump is absolutely terrible, filled with soap scum I don’t know why you would send something out like this.

sdrennon10 @ksernio I’m so sorry for this! I cleaned it out a million times and ran it through the dishwasher, so truly I’m sorry that it seemed like there was still soap in it! Please send it back for a refund! Like I said, I’m so sorry

ksernio @sdrennon10 I understand but it didn’t seem like there was soap in it, there def was soap in it cause it was still in the straw of the pump and very thick inside. The soap residue for the most part came off when I washed it but there is def some residue stains and scratches all over the pump, I had to clean it out multiple times with hot water to get the soap out of the actual dispenser it was thick so I have it still soaking . If you can private message me would be better if possible
