mkinsinger Welcome to Poshmark! I love buying items on Poshmark that I can’t find anywhere else. They’re not in stores anymore or was too expensive to buy in the store, but can be mine now :) Additionally, it’s great letting go of those items I just don’t seem to ever wear anymore. shopmarcia Hi Shannon, I purchased your Sam Edelman Platform Sandals and was sadly disappointed that they did not fit at all. These do not fit a size 8! I found an identical pair of this exact shoe from another Posher who clearly states these shoes fit SMALL! I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THEM HAD I KNOWN THAT. I did NOT accept these shoes, however POSTMARK refused my claim they they're not misrepresented. I am returning them to you at my cost of shipping and hoping you will send my money back.

shan_lynn @shopmarcia I’m sorry the size wasn’t a good fit for you. I wear a size 8- 8 1/2 and the shoe shows size 8 on them by the brand. I have worn those sandals with no issue in size, so I’m surprised to hear that you are upset with them. I know you went through the Poshmark return request process and they denied your return request and I’d prefer we honor their determination.

shopmarcia @shan_lynn Lucky for me I sold them to my neighbor who is a Size 7-7.5 and they just fit her. What a learning experience.
