leighnajohnson @skitts1 I just emailed posh screen shots of atleast 8 messages I’ve sent to you with no response. Whatever it is you have going on- obviously it’s a big secret on my end and you don’t want me to know so I’ve pointed that out to them. Communication goes along way- you have been on this app for 2 years- there’s no reason for this. I don’t care about the $9 I may or may not get- it’s the point that you have my item and the money tied up and REFUSE to tell me why-

leighnajohnson @skitts1 it’s also bizarre that you didn’t open up a case but I guess sent a email so that it could be top secret from me when I’ve honestly been concerned and just wanted to know “what was wrong” this must be something you do frequently. Good luck with this. Like I said I don’t care about such a small amount. I was just trying to help if their was a issue. I hope other sellers don’t have to go thru this new way of holding money and silence is all

skitts1 @leighnajohnson I am so sorry you feel I am hiding something that is not the case at all. I am not on Poshmark all the time and am just now seeing your messages. I did email Poshmark to ask about how the return policy works as the shirt looks more worn than it showed in the pictures and arrived wet which was odd to me. I really have no intent to be sneaky or hide anything.

leighnajohnson @skitts1 it’s listed as good used condition which is exactly what it is- I have EIGHT photos of the top- it def does not look any different from what you see in the photos. You purchased a $9 Free People Top that retails at $118 so I am sorry if you were expecting a NEW item. The only thing you can mean by “worn” is used- it has no flaws. All I can suggest is to purchase new with tag items if you aren’t expecting used

leighnajohnson @skitts1 you could have opened a case- submitted your photos- and if they see anything different other then the photos I have listed- they will allow you to return. But if you are accusing me of sending you something different then the pictures I have posted I did not: used condition and a $9 price should have been a sign that you aren’t getting new. But it’s no different then the photos so not quite sure what you thought you were buying:

leighnajohnson @skitts1 what you can do is open up a CASE- it’s right under the same place you rate at- submit photos- and we can get this thing rolling. Because right now you just have the top and the funds on hold and we aren’t resolving anything. It had shown that you were active previously- anytime you log on it shows- which is why I assumed this was a big secret

leighnajohnson @skitts1 but again if you go look at all of the photos of the top- along with the $9 price- no one in their right mind would post a new top that cost so much to begin with for that cheap if it wasn’t used. So I’m not even sure what you mean by worn- it has no flaws- it’s used. leighnajohnson @skitts1 if anything arrived wet you may wanna contact the post office- I shipped to you in a water proof polymailer- water cannot get inside- so this is gonna be a issue with your post office- if you were out of town they could have possibly left it outside where it rained on it- if that’s the case I’m sure washing and drying it would have fixed it- but that’s not my fault nor do I have control over something getting wet once it leaves my hands

leighnajohnson @skitts1 I’m a long term seller with tons of great reviews- I don’t get returns, I’m straight up with my listings- I post accurate photos- and certainly wouldn’t mail anything wet- not sure why you didn’t reach out to me prior to emailing posh and letting me know of a “wet” issue because that’s something you or I would have needed to of contacted the post office about. I can’t help if I don’t know

leighnajohnson @skitts1 if you are gonna go out of town I would have my items held at the post office because the only way that package could be wet is if they left it outside somewhere in the rain- sounds to me like it was tampered or damaged in transit. Either way it’s no big deal- as long as it’s returned how I sent it it’s all good. Just when you get time- go under purchases and file a return :) :)

leighnajohnson @skitts1 oh and last message and I will stop writing all over your page lol! It would be nice if we had a message option. I’m not mad or upset- just lost how the item was “wet” if you will open a return I will even let you keep the top and ask them to refund your $$ you spent more then I will get since the seller is charged fees- so it’s really not enough for me to make a fuss over. I was just worried the app had glitched and wasn’t releasing our funds

skitts1 @leighnajohnson I agree a message option would be nice. I really am sorry this has been such an issue I wasn’t expecting that at all. To me the top just appeared more faded than it showed in the pictures. The hassle and headache this has caused is quite honestly not worth it, so I have accepted the purchase so the funds should be released. This should allow us to both move on and be done dealing with this.
