Hi there, it looks like you a fairly new to Poshmark as a buyer and have not yet chose to be a seller. You recently purchased an item from me and left negative feedback. While it is important to give honest feedback, it is even more important AND good PM etiquette to contact the seller first or to open a Poshmark Case if you have any problems with your order.

That alerts the seller that you were not satisfied and gives them a chance to make things right... which might mean a partial refund or even a return. Even the most experienced sellers might miss a flaw or forget to include a detail in the listing. Keep Poshmark a friendly, collaborative place and open communication lines in the future. You would want a customer to do the same for you if you ever choose to be a seller. Cheers.
