vimarcantoni @smccallscs I am so sorry omg!!!! I just checked and it says "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in RALEIGH NC DISTRIBUTION CENTER on September 27, 2018 at 7:03 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." ALSO though there is a little alert at the top that states "ALERT: DUE TO THE FLOODING FROM HURRICANE FLORENCE, MANY POST OFFICES IN THE CAROLINAS HAVE SUSPENDED OPERATIONS. DELIVERIES AND OTHER SERVICES HAVE ALSO BEEN AFFECTED. READ MORE ›"

vimarcantoni I am so, so, so sorry for the delay- I am so unsure as to why this happened- considering it was being shipped to Jacksonville, from Tampa (where I am), you'd think it would have only taken a couple of days, and for whatever reason it went all the way up to NC and then came down again. Again, my apologies. I am so sorry this happened.

posham_sharice @vimarcantoni unfortunately it is still not here 😢. The tracking is still weird, said it might not have been updated. I am going to make a complaint with USPS. Monday will be 8 days since you shipped it.... Will keep you posted.

vimarcantoni @smccallscs As will I, this is absurd. On PM it says "awaiting delivery scan" and from the actual tracking number it says "Alert:The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of September 28, 2018, 10:32 pm. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected."

vimarcantoni @smccallscs I am entirely sorry for this experience- it is the first time this has ever happened to me, both as a buyer and seller, the route was so strange and now it has been delayed several times. I too will file a complaint. My deepest apologies.

vimarcantoni HI Sharice!!! I filed a complaint as well yesterday evening. I just checked the tracking, just to see if anything changed and now the last update has gotten rid of that "alert" and says it was delivered Friday around11:30am... but PM does not say "pending acceptance" or anything like it usually would
