divasclosetbb Hi there Sharon. Thank you for your visit and your generous offer. I ship from Canada. I have sold my other bikinis from Canada. Posh is ok with this because of covid now borders are closed. I let them know the tracking number right away and they track it for you on the system. Except they don’t pay me for shipping. They don’t reimburse it because their policy does not support international shipping.

If it was not because of covid, I live 45 min from the border and could easily drive and mail in the USA using Poshmark label. Meanwhile I had to use Canada mail but The shipment is tracked. Canada mail is really good and delivers. It takes about 10 business days but it gets there. Let me track your package and get back to you today. Thanks a bunch and so sorry 😐 for the inconvenience

divasclosetbb @sarasmile36 hi again. Tracking info says received at Canada post aug 18 ( ship date) , in transit aug 27, expected delivery date pending. I chatted on line and they say: good news, your package has been processed and it’s on it’s way to destination. The next scans will be in your destination city ( it’s in your city now) and then going out for delivery. My guess? It arrives today or tomorrow...

divasclosetbb @sarasmile36 I’m sorry about this inconvenience... Poshmark is of no help ... you can just google Canada post, track your parcel, put track number in and it shows where it is. You see the same thing I see on my screen. I can check once I get home. Xo 😘

We rely on local postal service to share tracking information ℹ️ there is no further tracking info for this item yet. ( meaning it’s in your city and has been accepted by local post) so ... is your local post delayed due to covid? Ours is.

divasclosetbb @sarasmile36 tracked items with Canada post have never ever gotten lost on me. I have sold 40 jackets on Etsy all sent with tracking number. They always get there. Never lost. No... I’m fearing it’s stuck at customs. And I think I know why: I marked it as gift so you do not pay duties. Problem: I left a note in there to play let me know ASAP you get it so Poshmark can release my earnings. If they opened it ....

Now tracking says : “your item will arrive later than expected. We will display updated information as soon as it becomes available.... “that’s new info today !

divasclosetbb @sarasmile36 no one from Poshmark knows what’s going on. I’m guessing it’s held up at customs. Its just my guess. I gave you ALL of the tracking info there is. Every single note until now. It does say your parcel is delayed with some covid note and that soon as we have info why it’s delayed we share it with you. I gave them my email now for updates. We have to just be patient and honker down until Monday. Crossing fingers it will sort itself out by then.

Now that the trade is off, I honestly don’t think it’s fair to refund the full amount. It wasn’t my fault the bag wasn’t as big as you thought because I clarified its measurements.
