ikejin Hi there, the customer service told me an order can take up to 21 days to complete if the seller is not able to ship the package.(my situation) Do you still want the wallet? If not, I will ask them to cancel the order now.

sheilashoes3 Hello. While I recognize that a seller can take up to 21 days, that is not my expectation. The money was taken immediately, and my expectation is that items ordered will be shipped within a few days. It is not a reasonable expectation to wait three weeks for an item to ship.
