shelly3922 @melyndaoneil I am very dissatisfied. I doubt the chain broke in the mail and I can see in your picture that there is no thread holding the chain in place as there is on the other side. Please respect the process, I am having it authenticated so you don’t need to worry if it is in fact authentic. It does appear you took your pictures very strategically as the sale price was not reflected on your ad and the chain is not intact. We are extremely disappointed with your service.

shelly3922 @melyndaoneil I’m not sure your comments support Poshmark’s guidelines. Regardless of what I paid for it, it’s not in the condition you advertised it as. I am not new to posh, I have already reached out to them as I did “accept” the order in error. I have never received an item that was not as it was described and I did hit the wrong button. I would never tell a paying customer that their concerns are BS though.

shelly3922 @melyndaoneil As mentioned before, if it’s authentic you have nothing to worry about. However, the root of my claim is that I am very disappointed that you took an inaccurate picture or the chain. It is not in NWT condition as it has a flaw that should have been disclosed. I do hope you will be kinder in your replies. 😊. Have a great night.
