chrissy8158 Hi! I’m not sure how to send a private message. I ordered shoes from you two weeks ago and the item was never delivered. I’m not sure how to go about next steps of finding where the package went. Should we file a claim with usps? Poshmark isn’t responding.

skye_mahosky @chrissy8158 I received an email from Poshmark saying they are processing it as a lost package and will be refunding you your money as well as releasing the money for the sale to me. So I imagine you should have a refund very soon!
