im sorry but no, discounted shipping isn't a real thing, it comes out of the sellers payment. posh takes $2.95 from every sale under $15. I'd suggest looking for a closet you want a lot of cheap things from and doing a bundle if you are in the market for really really low prices. otherwise maybe a venue with lower fees and first class shipping would work better🥰
