sparklystacey @vickyss thank you sooo much for the wonderful Posh tips!!! 👍 They're so helpful as I navigate my way through how-to-Posh 😄 I see that you are a certified Bosu instructor. 💪That is one of my absolute favorite tools to use at the gym. It's a full body (shaky) workout to kick my own butt without machines. 💃 I like doing squats the best, my legs SHAKE like jello as I try to balance. Again, thanks for the warm welcome, I will definitely reach out with questions as I set up my own page 💖

Or, just come in my closet & I'd be happy to help!! SHARING is KEY! When you "share" an item to your "followers", it goes into the " feed" for them to see it.
