jennyb126 I’m so sorry about the heel. I wonder if it fell off when I was transporting it. The photos were taken and I never wore the shoe or removed it from the bag since. I didn’t realize that happened. Let me look at home to see if it fell out. Is it gone completely or it’s broken? I never would have sent it if I realized it was missing.
