sdavsion29 The outside looks as described, although the inside has some stains, snags and shows signs of wear. I did submit some pictures. I am not satisfied with the inside condition. I am happy to return it to you tomorrow priority mail as shipped to me.

missymamam It was not described as new. It is a used bag. If there are stains, or snags, I am sorry if they were not disclosed they were truly nothing significant enough for me to notice. I would understand if the bag was advertised as new, but it wasnt. Either way, I will just wait to see what poshmark decides. Thank you

sdavsion29 I understand that you want to wait for a decision from Poshmark.You did state the bag was clean and in perfect condition, there was no mention of staining, snags or wear which there are. I am sure you did not notice nor make a through check thru the bag, since there was a lip gloss left in one of the pockets of the bag. Thank you.

missymamam @sdavsion29 the eye shadow stick was a gift left for you. It is unused. It is a custom of people who sell on poshmark to do so. I am truly sorry you are not satisfied but in my description of the bag on my sale I said that bag was very clean inside and out. Which it was. I thoroughly checked the bag before listing for sale, and there was nothing significant to mention.

missymamam I did see a few Michael Kors bags for sale that said new selling for upwards of $180 and this one you purchased for $60. It was clearly used. The only time I said perfect was in my messages here to you. I may have overstated my claim that it was perfect in these messages, but I meant that it was perfect with no significant marks.

sdavsion29 Obviously we differ in expectations, I would have loved it to come without any stains, significant mark or snags and felt that it was a bag I wanted to keep. I expected a clean, perfect bag per your description and it is not that. At this point, I feel that we need to let Poshmark make the decision. Thank you.
