ashinder88 Hi! I want to sincerely apologize regarding the hole you reported in the express pants. Last I wore the pants, there was no hole in them nor did I notice a hole when I photographed and shipped them out or I certainly would have mentioned it. I feel terrible and as such if this is not an easy repair or would be an expensive repair, please do request from poshmark to send them back or alternatively, I would be happy to heavily discount any other item you wish to purchase to make it up to you.

stacymcarthur99 @ashinder88 Hi, I apologize for having to send another message but I have to say these pants were in worse condition than expected. I just washed them tonight inside out, cold, and delicate. When hanging to dry I noticed the bottom hem of the pants and there are numerous places where the fabric is completely worn through. I would like to send you a picture if possible. I don't know if I can email it to you or if Poshmark frowns upon that. I don't know all the rules.

ashinder88 @stacymcarthur99 hi, Poshmark does not allow users to communicate outside of the app. As stated previously , I really would not have sold the pants if they were in poor condition. I would have recommended dry cleaning the pants, as that is what I always did . Once they have been placed in a washing machine, Poshmark return policy is that they will not take them back as the machine could have caused damage . You can certainly try emailing Poshmark support though

ashinder88 @stacymcarthur99 I can’t imagine what could have happened in the washing machine but I do still have all the original photos I took of these pants on my phone , including photos of the hem , and there was no wear or damage. At this time, the decision would be out of my hands and up to Poshmark

stacymcarthur99 @ashinder88 Do you have photos of the inside of the hem? That is where the damage is and it looks as if they had been walked on since the bottom was wrinkled up as well. I did not cause this damage and was excited to get the pants in the first place.

ashinder88 @stacymcarthur99 please do read the Poshmark return policy or contact Poshmark support. After your 3 days for inspection passed and after you washed them, you would have to contact Poshmark for assistance.

ashinder88 @stacymcarthur99 I am not stating you caused damaged but they were not damaged before I sent them. If you tried them on and inspected then before accepting the order , my only conclusion would be they were damaged in the washing machine .
