stefmak @dawnjensenstl hi dawn! There was a mix up with the labels I'm so sorry! I contacted Poshmark and opened a case. They said they are working on it. You shld receive a label to return to Poshmark and then I can send the correct item, I'm sorry for the issue, but I am sure Poshmark and I will resolve it asap to get the item you ordered. Anything else, feel free to reach out.

dawnjensenstl @stefmak Good morning! Would you please ask Poshmark to credit my account. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not received my item. I sent back the uggs with the prepaid mailing label over a week ago. This is taking too long. I keep receiving an email asking me to accept the order but I never received. Thank you

dawnjensenstl @stefmak I just contacted USPS to find out who signed for the package. I've checked with my doorman and neighbors and no one has picked it up. Ill keep you posted after I hear from USPS. Thanks for the response.
