gidgetgirl2020 Hey, Stephanie! Ok, so because there’s now an open case, I have to wait to hear back from PM Support before I can mail you the other pants (and Peace jacket). Sounds like they have to first approve your return, etc, and then will send you a label for return or something like that. And unsure how mailing new/correct pants will be handled. Hoping they get back to me today! Will keep you posted!

stephkralovetz @gidgetgirl2020 you’re so sweet, mistakes happen and you’re doing more than necessary so please let me pay SOMETHING for the peace jacket + shipping thus covering the shipping for both. I think they send me the return label directly but it costs you? If that’s the case then you’ll already be covering that cost and it’s really really not been a big inconvenience to me at all. So, it’s almost 5:30 here and I still haven’t gotten a response from PM Support for next steps. Have you heard anything on your end??? I’m guessing they’re supposed to send us both labels to ship return (to me) and new item (to you)? Never done this before so completely unsure. LMK if/when you hear back and I’ll do the same! gidgetgirl2020 @stephkralovetz Hey, hey! Ok, It’s 10:30 pm and I just got an email saying they’ve approved the return and that I should relist the items once I receive them back. So does that mean you have to return both items, including the Burton jacket and then repurchase both again? Man! What a pain. SO SORRY!! I’m definitely throwing in the Peace jacket for all this inconvenience. I insist!! 😉 I’ll let you know the second I get everything back!! Thanks again! Glad it’s all getting worked out!! 💫
