stephnyl Hi @szerr I heard that you are having trouble opening the bag I’m not sure if you sent it back already but all you have to do is turn the key and press the lock down

szerr @stephnyl hi I just saw this message now. I did send it back. I’m sorry I tried everything and couldn’t get it to budge. It was also very difficult to pull over the flap to even get the bag to close and line up the lock in the first place. I don’t know if all of these bags are like this and that’s why they are not popular....but I can’t use a bag that I can’t open :( or close.

szerr @stephnyl Hi, they got the bag, it was locked and they were able to unlock it so it works now and they are sending it back to me. Sorry! I will just not use the keys...It's a great bag and I'm glad it works :)
