sfran12 @msellaneous what happens if you ship a product and the buyer gets it and then says they don’t like it? How secure are the items being sold?

msellaneous @sfran12 The buyer would open a case with poshmark and they would decide whether or not they have a valid case and if so they send the product back to you and don't release their money to you. I haven't been selling too long but fortunately haven't had an issue with this yet! But thats why its good to be very up front and open about your items! Sometimes things just happen though! after selling something you ship through usps and everybody gets a tracking number to follow along!

sfran12 @msellaneous okay. I just have a couple of Louis Vuitton purses I want to sell and didn’t know how secure things were. These purses are extremely expensive and would hate to mail out to a buyer that is not credible.

msellaneous @sfran12 I haven't sold any of the super high end stuff. But I know with that stuff sometimes you send it to posh first and they authenticate and then send it to the buyer. So fortunately, everyone is pretty well protected in the process
